Track and Trace

TWC Track and Trace offers two tracking options.

Fast Track - Enter the HAWB (consignment) number and click Find to see the delivery details of your shipment.

LogIn - This option allows you to search for a shipment by HAWB (consignment) number, date, your reference, destination city and destination country. The results will be displayed along with the delivery information.

To access these services you will need a login ID and password, which can be requested from passwords@twc.uk.com

To view detailed tracking information simply click on the relevant shipment detail line.
